What is it?

A light and sound show broadcast on a giant canopy over the pedestrian mall on Fremont Street. A $17-million upgrade debuted in June of 2004, replacing the 2-million regular bulbs with 12.5 million LED bulbs, vastly improving the quality of the pictures, which are now almost as good as watching a giant television. They also added a new 550,000-watt stereo system.

It's free but would be worth it even if you had to pay.

They are slowly rolling out new shows for the new format so even if you've gone before you should go back to catch the new entertainment.

What's the bottom line?

This is one of our favorite attractions in Las Vegas and every time we take guests to see it for the first time they walk away very impressed! We call this a Vegas "must-see!"
