  • Mirage Volcano: The Low Down
    What is it?
A three-story "volcano" using lights, fire, and water to simulate an eruption. The entire thing takes only a few minutes so don't plan your night around this.

    Is it worth the cost?
Since it's free, yes it is.

What else do I need to know?
A 2009 upgrade added more fiery "lava," bigger flames, more geysers, and a state-of-the-art sound system blasting a new soundtrack by Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart and Indian musical virtuoso Zakir Hussain.

    What's the bottom line?
It is another silly Vegas must-see.
