What is it?
A massive 90,000 square-foot aquarium packed to the brim with all manner of sea life, including an up close and personal look at sharks of all sizes (hence the name). Visitors are given "audio wands" that you can use to listen to pre-recorded information on the various fishies.

Is it worth the cost? |
Only if you're a big fan of marine life. We thought it was a bit boring and we got in for free.

What else do I need to know?
The location, at the far south end of Mandalay Bay, is quite a hike from the front door or monorail station. Bring comfy shoes. Also, if you have a fear of water (or have never gotten over the movie "Jaws") this is definitely not the attraction for you as it ends with a giant, walk-through tank where you are surrounded on all sides by water and sharks.

What's the bottom line?
Only for fish fans with some extra time on their hands. We prefer the dolphin habitat at the Mirage.
