| What Is It? |
Singer Wayne Newton is going to open up his Las Vegas estate, Casa de Shenandoah, to visitors. But it's more than just a walk-through the entertainer's house. It will include a museum full of memorabilia from his career and those of his famous friends (like Frank Sinatra); another museum for his collection of classic and exotic cars; a zoo to showcase his animal collection, including several prize-winning Arabian horses; a theater where the singer will perform and where they'll show a documentary about Newton; a gift shop; and a Wayne Newton themed car wash. Yes, a car wash. Don't ask quesitons, just accept it and move on.

Where Is It Located? |
Near the intersection of Sunset and Pecos roads, about six miles southeast of The Strip.

Is It Worth The Cost? |
Pricing has not been determined yet but I would not expect this to be cheap - I'm guessing it will be in the $20-30 range. Now that we have lost the Liberace Museum, this could be one of the few classic Las Vegas experiences left so it might just be worth the money.

What Else Do I Need To Know?
There is no official opening date yet, but it is expected to be in early 2012. I'll have a full review once the attraction is open for business

What's The Bottom Line?

Mr. Las Vegas indeed!
