Summary
Many have called celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse's namesake seafood restaurant the best in town.
Menu
The menu is dominated by seafood - everything from Emeril's signature New Orleans barbecue shrimp to oysters, redfish, snapper, salmon, and more. For non-fish fans there is a limited steak/chicken/pork part of the menu but your options are few. Some of the offerings have the Cajun/Creole influence that have made Emeril famous so watch out for hot and spicy. As far as quality and taste - well, Emeril isn't famous for nothing. It's all terrific.
Atmosphere
Elegant and definitely upscale in the wood trimmed dining room and slightly more casual on the "patio" which is located alongside the MGM Grand shopping promenade.
Service
You pay a lot of money here and can expect the level of service that goes along with such high checks.
Price
$75 and up per person is common once you add in all the extras like wine, appetizers, and dessert.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
The Seafood Bar & Cafe part of Emeril's offers a lighter and somewhat cheaper menu - a good alternative for lunch or dinner and its open from 11:30am-10:30pm daily.
