Summary
|
|
Journey deep into the (fake) jungle for this ecological entry into the crowded theme market.
Menu
One of the things I like most about this place is its large and varied menu, a lot of which has a vaguely Asian influence - although not enough to classify this as an Asian restaurant. Start with bruschetta, quesadillas,or flatbreads and then move onto the pastas, fried chicken or meatloaf "comfort foods," filets, chops, stir fry, steaks... I could go on and on but you get the idea. It's all very hearty and the stuff we sampled was quite good.
Atmosphere
In keeping with the Rainforest theme, you dine amidst a lush jungle landscape complete with animal noises piped in through the sound system. It's cute and unique but just a little overdone for my tastes.
Service
Excellent.
Price
The upper end entrees can get a bit pricey (figure around $25-30 when you're all done) but you can get out of there for less than $15 per person if you try hard.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
This is another great place to take the kids.
