Summary
One of our favorites - a unique steakhouse serving terrific food with great views.
Menu
Limited - various cuts of beef, chicken, and seafood - but what they do they do well. Check out the appetizers (the cheese quesadilla and thick onion soup are especially tasty), the side dishes (potatoes, ratatouille, etc) served family style in big bowls, and the delicious breads. Every entree we sampled was delicious! Don't know how you can go wrong here.
Atmosphere
Elegant without being pretentious. There is copper and mahogany throughout with floor to ceiling windows right above The Strip. Great for people and neon watching. The low-key piano bar is a perfect place for a quiet drink.
Service
Top notch - fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
Price
Expensive but not out of line and definitely worth every penny.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
Almost every person we've sent to this place has come back raving.
