Summary
An inexpensive and casual café that should be near the top of your list for cheap eats.
Menu
A little bit of everything: sandwiches, salads, dinner entrees - the kind of stuff you'd normally expect to find at this kind of café style restaurant. The food will never win any culinary awards but it is all good and hearty - stick to your ribs kind of stuff. Of special note are the country style breakfasts which are huge and amazingly cheap.
Atmosphere
It's a nice room done with a vaguely Italian garden theme - trellises, hanging vines, stonework, and lazy ceiling fans. It's simple and tasteful and our only complaint is that the ceiling fans are below the lights, which can create some dizzying shadows on your table.
Service
Quick and friendly with a down home flair.
Price
As mentioned above, this is a very inexpensive place. You can get a huge breakfast for around $5 (the $2.49 ham and egg special has to be seen) and very satisfying lunches and dinners for less than $10..
What Else Do I Need To Know?
This is a sister restaurant to the one in the original Arizona Charlie's, located on Decatur in the northwest part of town. The menu is identical.
