    Neonopolis: The Low Down
    What Is It?
For now, its a mostly abandoned shopping mall located on Fremont Street adjacent to the Fremont Street Experience. This is one of Las Vegas' biggest embarassments - a multi-million dollar white elephant that has been the subject of legal battles for years.

That may all be turning around now with the addition of a few interesting stores and restaurants and more, reportedly, on the way.

    What Do They Sell?
Not much. There is a cool toy store (The Toy Shack), a jewelery store, and a couple of eateries including Heart Attack Grill.
    What Are the Prices Like?
It varies but things Downtown are generally more affordable than on The Strip.
What Should I Be Sure To Check Out?
The aforementioned Toy Shack is a cool, retro, blast from the past.
    Why Should I Shop Here?
There aren't a lot of reasons to do so right now but that could change in the future.
What Else Do I Need To Know?
A Denny's restaurant will reportedly open here in late 2011 or early 2012 and, according to reports, all of the empty store fronts are currently leased with new tenants expected to move in over the next six months. That will make all the difference in the world.
